MALOLOS CITY—Non-working holiday in Bulacan, August 15, 2013 declared by Pnoy for the celebration of all Bulakenyos in 453th anniversary of the Province.

In the last chapter of the ceremony Governor Wilhelmino Sy- Alvarado tackled the multi-million pesos cost of future project for the province.

First were the 210 million funds for 7 kilometer by-pass road from Malolos to Hagonoy, this project currently are waiting for the approval of Regional Development Council.

Second was the 40 kilometer San Jose Del Monte Tunnel-like Highway from Bulacan to Aurora for the easy transportation of products to Dilingan Port, Gov. Alvarado said the project is already approved by the former Regional Development Council.

Also the100 million peso funds for the 16 kilometer expansion area linkages project for Balagtas- Angat and 34 kilometer coastal highway that will collaborate to neighboring provinces like Pampanga and Bataan and big solar economic like Subic and Clark.

In the addition, is a multi-billion project, the Metro Rail Transit line 7 in San Jose Del Monte Bulacan. Gov. Alvarado said that this project is cost more than 71 billion pesos it will connect in malolos to Meycauyan and urban tour to Norzagaray, San Jose Del Monte to Corrigedor.

Gov. Alvarado said that Bulacan is the gateway to the north, Central Luzon, Region I and Region II are cannot pass without passing in Bulacan neither its air, water or land.

Before the celebration last, the tarpaulin of Singkaban festival unveil by the other Bulacan official and some night of Rizal. This festival is mother of all festival in Bulacan and celebrating by all Bulakenyo every year.

Next month, September 8-15 the Linggo ng Bulacan will start.
